Sam Tsemberis PhD., is the Founder and CEO of Pathways to Housing and the creator of the Housing First model. Dr. Tsemberis’s role as CEO, his clinical work as a family therapist and his extensive research, published in numerous peer review articles, provides the foundational knowledge base for the Pathways to Housing Training Institute.
Dr. Tsemberis is the lead trainer and consultant of the Pathways Housing First Training Institute. Pathways to Housing is not only the originator and leader of Housing First but has deep and considerable experience providing superior clinical services to the individuals they are serving through the Pathways to Housing. Typically these visits are one or two days. We also offer the opportunity for on-going consultation at regular intervals.

Housing First Fidelity Visits
To ensure the highest success rates for your program we can provide a Housing First fidelity assessment and evaluation based on the Pathways Housing First Fidelity Scale.
Training Materials
The complete Housing First Manual, containing all the "How-to's" for Housing First program implementation, will be available for purchase in the Fall of 2009. Accompanying instructional videos will also be available.
